Cloth simulation

See the fit in motion

Kiroid drapes garments on real bodies, for the brands that design clothes and the people who wear them.

How it works

From body scan to fitted garment

The same three steps power Kiroid Garment Studio and the Kiroid app.

  1. A translucent 3D body with measurement points and lines at the neck, chest, waist, hips and knees

    Step 1

    Measure the body

A true-to-size 3D body, built from a body scan or a few measurements.

  2. A tank top and shorts drawn as a glowing wireframe on the same body

    Step 2

    Drape the garment

The garment is simulated on that body, so it hangs, folds and moves like real fabric.

  3. The same outfit as a tension map: green where it is loose, orange and red where it pulls at the sides

    Step 3

    Read the fit

Tension and pressure maps show where it sits loose and where it pulls.
